You're using Flexicontent component on that site. I didn't test Commedia in that component. I tested it only for K2 Items and Zoo items and Commedia works fine there.
It's set on 2 different places. The first one is in "Podcast" field "podcasts/2013/reportages/arts_sales" witch is the commedia podcast folder for this article.
The second one is in Component -> Flexicontent -> Field -> Podcast, there you can find {commedia tags=id3v2} and {/commedia} prefix and suffix.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

So why do You think, that any information in Component -> Flexicontent -> Field -> Podcast, must be converted to Commedia table using Commedia content plugin?
I mean that Commedia uses content plugin to replace any {commedia} tags to the table.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
